Tenants are expected to lease premises in a clean and tidy condition but properties still requie to be professionally cleaned prior to the next tenants moving into the holiday home.

Cleaning costs are fixed to the size of the property
Mandatory Kitchen, Laundry & Bathroom starter pack additional $7

This amount will be deducted from the monies held in your account.
